APX 7000XE Radio from Motorola: Built for the Extreme

The APX 7000XE was built for firefighters. It's large top display for easy reading, intelligent lighting, oversized tactile controls, large PTT, the largest emergency button in the industry, rugged T-shape with rubberized grip, loud & clear audio, and interoperability to talk across agencies all make it safer for firefighters. It may be about safety and saving lives but as high as you're selling them to agencies for, its REALLY all about the money, Motorola. It always has been and always will be. Even with the discounts agencies get, they are still not enough to make them affordable for every officer who needs one.

These are truly mindblowing radios. They really did things right on it.

Now if only Motorola can bring the cost down to a sane amount to where the agencies can afford it. Right now, 95% of the agencies in the US cannot afford this technology. The radios are amazing. The price is prohibitive. Still, thanks for the video!
