I'm really sorry for the delay for this episode, took me week to edit because I couldn't get it under 100 MB, which made me tired of editing. Sorry.

So on this weeks/months/todays episode Alex is making lasagna!
This is part one of 4. In this part Alex introduces the different ingredienses you will need and preps the meat.

You will need the following ingredients:
600g meat
1200g crushed tomato (not pureé)
2 spriggs rosemary
3 Bayleaves
ground nutneg
black peppercorns
Mozarella
lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt
Parsley
100g Butter
Flour

  • let me see if i got it right . . . immerse your fingers in the raw minced meat, touch the olive oil bottle and cap, touch the oven door handle and controls, and THEN wash your hands? i think i can do that.

  • Leave the poor girl alone, she's obviously a college/grad student just trying to show you the basic process of making lasagna. She isn't Bobby Flay...give her a break.

  • i'll pass something on to you, just for your own good and not mine, repeating the same words without sources/proofs/view points, is simply the easiest and fastest way to say that you've got nothing to say, or else if a murderer kept repeating that he's innocent a thousand times they would set him free....thanks anyway for sharing, and letting me know that there is no need to go through a "conversation" from the beginning
