Just peachy! Those tunnels should be filled with concrete and anything that crosses the border other than through a legal checkpoint should be shot on site.

Of course the "terrorists" are going to be mad at our military we're killing their families everyday. Washington's border is even more unsecure than Arizona's if they want to report about unsecured borders.
