Guys, improve your tennis skills does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a training program known as Tennisolanox System (do a search on google). Seriously, thanks to Tennisolanox System I've become a better tennis player. I probably should not even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Maria has probably the best backhand in the WTA. Before I would say Venus but she's gotten a little older now and it's not as effective unfortunately. Maria is naturally left handed too so her backhands have brutal power to them.

Maria's has picture perfect technique on the backhand. You could take a picture at any point and you could not find a flaw. I dare say she has the best backhand ever-on either WTA or ATP tours.
