Trying to get them to explode in the air is hard. Only two out of the 10 shots actually did it.

The first half of the video is throwing a brick to test it out, the second half is throwing the works bombs

  • How did I make what? Do a search on google for how to make works bombs. For the trebuchet itself, it took about a year of trial and error to get to where it was in that video. Since then I've done a couple modifications like shortening the arm ect. The best way to build a trebuchet like mine is to look at pictures, draw a design and start building. There is no right or wrong way to make a trebuchet. Once you have everything built, all it takes is a a little bit of tweaking to get it working well

  • the trebuchet itself isnt shooting very well either

  • Thats what happens when you throw something that only weighs a couple ounces. You need something with a little weight to it if you want it to go far.

  • Shooting them at the house. >.>

  • @pr30wn3d lol, that things too light! If you loaded a 10-15 pound stone on it, it would cruch through your roof from like.. 50-60 feet away, more actually..

  • Pwned at 25:00

  • looks like you need to bend your hook back

  • the little finger thing that lets the sling go is not curved right, the throwing arm is to long and there isnt enough counterweight, fix those problems and it should be much better

  • Weight's not the problem, they need to shorten the action on the sling. It's taking too long to release so it's under a 90 degree angle when the projectile is released.

  • use a bigger weight
