  • Funny when I lived in Suffolk I made this commute every day and passed the Queens Village station. Now living in QV for 5 years, I live off Hillside Ave., about 5 minutes by car but further than I'd be willing to walk, Ive never taken the LIRR east of Jamaica. You have to pay to park, and change at Jamaica anyway to get to Penn. Might as well park at Jamaica. And you don't have to follow a scedule as every branch stops at Jamaica being a main terminal.

  • @TheRabidPosum True!

  • Just subscribed. Awesome videos. I am a transit buff also that's why I became a transit cop 15 years ago. I've since transferred to the Crime Scene Unit. That was my office building on Jamaica/Archer Ave . seen at 6:50

  • @transitpolice Thanks a lot. I pass that building whenever I busfan around that area. So how is the CSU treating you?

  • @JamaicaQnzFreak It's cool. Not glamorous like the tv shows but still interesting and rewarding.

  • @transitpolice Ok cool....as long as you like the job...its all good!
