Looks like a tough one, we've had some wet technical crits like this here but not with a hill like that it looks extremely painful.

Snake Alley eats at you after awhile, it wears you down. The whole back side is rest to recover for the next time up...again and again and again...notice no one is pedaling down the hill..haha
