Wayne is the hottest rapper alive, not the best. Jay had his time, and now he can worry about his kid. The best was 2Pac then came Pun (bringing spanish into rap) then GUnit came in and they pretty much started the downfall of rap but Game was dope for bringing back the Westcoast.

@xCriticalKillax Yeah i heard the song "Ham" with Jay-z and Kayne. Also i think everybody know Beyonce has more money than Wayne. She been making alot since 1997. Wayne came out in 1992 but didn't start making alot of money until maybe 2005. Plus yeah Jay-z was factual but if Wayne wants to go back to jail than it can be factual too. Since i doubt he don't than he won't do it

@Chris56076 Jay-z diss was 'factual' because he said he is really worth half a billion which is true google it if you don't believe and he said Beyonce is worth more that him which is also true, you can research that as well. Lil wayne however said he will kidnap Beyonce and take Jay-Z out which will most likely 'never' happen.
