lol ur a fuckin idiot dude and im for cannabis. Weed is in no way legal in Canada, tolerated in vancouver but in ontario we have strict laws against weed. And kindred was busted because some fuckhead nosy people complained to the police and an undercover was sent.

Uh, no. Medicinal marijuana is legal. Synthetic cannabinoids (such as Sativex and Cesamet) are legal with a prescription. Growing is legal so long as you fill out a 180 page document, pass a criminal background check, only grow for one registered medicinal patient and don't grow over a certain limit. Trafficking (selling) is still illegal. As of 2007 there's been precedent to make possession legal, but the Supreme Court hasn't officially ruled on that yet so the police still enforce it the same.
