Step outside your comfort zone and talk to someone you normally wouldn't. At school, work, wherever. You have no idea what a friendly conversation can do to someone with low self-esteem. Don't judge people by what you see on the surface. A friendly conversation and small words of encouragement can literally change someone's life. Im not saying stop there, but baby steps are important.
