I translated it for you:
You place one foot on the front wheels und slide it back. The weight is shifted on the leg ahead. Try not to turn, but keep it straight.
Then the corpus turns around. At the right moment redeploy your weight on your back leg. The front one is placed on the front wheels now and turns around as well.
Not the best english I think, but better than nothing. The video is realy well done.
