One of the most important talks given at this month's NATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR MEDIA REFORM in Memphis. Dr. Steve Freeman, respected research analyst/ author, tells us about the "shock a day" he experienced while researching the erronious OFFICIAL EXIT POLL DATA from the 2004 Presidential Election. This informative, haunting clip is one every American Voter should see.

STEVEN F. FREEMAN holds a Ph.D. from MIT's Sloan School of Management and an M.S. in Social System Science from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is the recipient of four national research awards for outstanding scholarship from the Academy of Management. More recently, his election research has won an award from Project Censored as one of the three most important "censored" stories of 2005.

He is the author of, with Joel Bleifuss, Was the 2004 Presidential Election Stolen? Exit Polls, Election Fraud, and the Official Count."

  • Hey, Mike! Wondering if you've seen the kind of trouble your machine vendors are in. DUMP YOUR DIEBOLD stock, dude. Your welcome.

  • Hello, kempa! Good question: I have gone carpel tunnel LIMP from forwarding this clip to progressive media outlets, Main Stream Media, bloggers, etc. with little effect. Still, we are starting to get some important MSM contacts (60 MINUTES showing interest in some of these clips--but I am not optimistic they will pick it up).

  • Whatever you can do to help us circulate this info would be grand/ send to friends/ family/ anyone who has lost sleep since 2000 wondering how the media ignored the HIJACKING of the highest office in the land (like me) and is looking for answers from reliable sources...

  • The more people that watch, the more these clips are boosted within the search engines, making it more accessible to viewers.

So far, my best hope lies with the public, and with YOUTUBE. The combination of the two yields some very exciting possibilites; perhaps the last semblance of democracy we have left.

Thank you so much for watching, more gratitude to you for your excellent question/ your interest.

  • Hi, Sister! I know, people sure do like to blah blah blah. And my audio isn't that great to begin with. I'll pass along the message, tho. (We do a lot of shuuushing and shifting just to get some of this on public record.) Can't tell you how much I appreciate your comments/ support. I think of you and Mia often, running into people all over the place that know you guys...

  • I REALLY wish someone would tell the RUDE chatty cathies in the room to shut up!!!!

  • This is the best video I have seen about election 2004 and the polls done by the media companies so far.
