I winterized teh lower unit, generator and also the air conditioner. You should also change your oil in both engines and also the lower units every year. Actually you don't need to, I cycled three gallons through and at -50F with what water was left in the engine you still will be at -40F. Then I reused it later. Have not had any problems now for 6 years of doing this to multiple boats. Only thing left to do is change the oil.
