  • no one in country has a distinct voice anymore. George didn't sound like Waylon, Loretta didn't sound like Dolly. These days, turn on the radio, and you hear only 2 different voices: the man voice and the woman voice. Everyone sounds the same!

  • Waylon Jennings is the only man worthy for doing this Gordon Lightfoot song. Waylon is a giant among men.

  • This is exactly what were missing in today's music

  • @MsLovegeorge Yes and a song from a great Canadian songwriter - Gordon Lightfoot.

  • Gordon Lightfoot - Great Canadian Songwriter!

  • @steakdiaper Sometimes I feel the same. And I tell myself : "That's what old people used to say !" So I listen more to the music of today, and rarely, I found a little pearl in those new sounds. And it makes me think the World is still going round.

  • Man that Telecaster sounds awesome!

  • Waylon could rock without losing the country.Todays country sucks big time.

  • @steakdiaper You could NOT be more right. Love your comment! Puts a lot of peoples thoughts into words we can't find!

  • I'll have a thousand 'fore I'm thru.

  • the stare you in the eye style and the grit!
