  • The Force is strong with this one...

    What he's describing is the opposite of behaviorism. Instead of focusing only on the observable client, he's advocating focus only on the internal experience. I wonder if there are any research psychologists with comments on this Three Principles concept. I personally see it as only metacognition (thinking about thought) as an alternative to facing one's own mortality. That's all most people need, but it's hardly a novel concept.
