Maybe, she is not a sex symbol (the girl from Alice in Wonderland has won that privilege), but Dorothy is very humble instead of Alice who will be doomed to be a model and a stubborn child. Dorothy is more than that: Dorothy believes in family values and basic needs. Alice just believes in luxuries and her body.
