Uhh DDt was never banned in Sub saharan Africa
The phaseout was in developed countries. And even without DDT, other chemicals were used like malathion.
The claim that DDT use somehow caused more deaths then Hitler s just stupid and baseless.
And among all the ones pushing this myth, I have yet to see any respond to the fact that insects were growing resistant to DDT or it's effects on other animals like fish (which eat mosquito larvae)

On September 16, 2006, almost 30 years after it phased out widespread indoor spraying of DDT,and after 60 milion unfeathered creatures known as humans died(mostly african children) the World Health Organization announced that the insecticide should be reinstated as one of the main weapons in the war against malaria. and she get to have a bridge in her name?

Actually, DDT was never and is not banned when used as an agent against malaria in areas of the world that call for it. It is no longer allowed as a pesticide (for numerous damn good reasons) but is universally understood as a combat to malaria. It is put in the inner walls of dwellings in parts of the world facing malaria. If, DDT had not been banned the number of mosquitoes with a resistance to the chemical would be much higher and thus less effective in malaria cases.
