@LeHylton The majority of it was crawling on our bellies and knees. And its about the same distance. A good 2 or 3 miles.

try carl's walk in northern england, out of the 2.5 miles of passages, 2 miles of it you have to bend down and 'crab walk' it, then theres water where you have to turn yourself around to go through a 90 metre passage.
