WU61 OTR Terry Olpin Aggressive Driving

I was riding up the road between the parked cars on either side of the road and the Terry Olpin van pulls out from the left and pauses in a space on the right then realises the road is being used by a cyclist so he can bully his way through.
Students, the person driving this van could be in your house/flat in the future or might have been already.

The van is between the parked cars long before the cyclist. I think the aggressive driver here is the person on the bike who should of pulled into the huge space in front of the parked van!

In the original video the parked cars on both sides started before the van turned into the road. You'll see the van turns into the road then pulls over to the left then drives down the road towards me.
