  • This is really a good machine. I have had one since about 2005 and it has never let me down once. For small to medium sized projects it suits its purpose well. It is simple to use, provides a good useable finish (though some may want to finish with a card scraper or light sanding), and requires only reasonable maintenance. Keep the decks waxed or lubed to prevent build up and rust and grease the feed and elevation mechanisms as needed. Blades are easy to change. It should last me for years
