Great tricks. My Puggle has the exact same problems with rollover/down and speak. I need to teach play dead!

Well to start you need to do treat reinforcement. start by having your dog lay on the ground on its back and then give them a treat when they stay. eventually they will do it on their own. then after they get that do the gun sound with it and give them a treat. And after they get that do it together and they should fall down and play dead. only give them a treat when you get the command you asked for. it is all in steps that is the trick.
Begging is the same concept do it in steps.
