It's "PM's Love Theme" by Craig Armstrong from the "Love Actually" soundtrack. Unfortunately, the tract is not on the U.S. version of the soundtrack, nor on U.S. itunes. But you can buy the imported version of the soundtrack for about $15 from Amazon.
