they were so multi-dimensional; like when it starts t3 is in the "player" mode bout to slang the cat. then dilla comes with the "damn girl, you're doin me like that?" angle, and baatin warns about the dangers of the tainted woman. all the while conveying the frustrated attitude of not being able (in Baatin's case, he got there) to get where they want emotionally, and intimately.
it's just not done like this anymore.
