  • @FotoCarneiro all (more than 1 item) ex. All the apples /// whole (1 item) ex. The whole apple was eaten.

  • hi Phil, i have a question if you don't mind. . does a ray of hope come in plural? like do you guys say rays of hope? thanks iin advance.

  • @stephietw It is possible to say 'rays of hope' like "we're seeing the first rays of hope" but usually we say "the signs of hope"
