Shivabalayogi Sambhar Lake

Early film of Shivabalayogi at Sambhar Lake in Rajastan, India. The Shivabalayogi ashram in Sambhar Lake was inaugurated on August 7, 1966. It is a place where Shri Swamiji often praised devotees for the devotion with which they sing bhajans (spiritual song).

The scenes include taking the small gauge motor train that runs by the salt lake where water is sun-dried in pools and the salt collected.

The bhajan on this soundtrack was recorded at the Sambhar Lake ashram in 1996.

Imagine there were video tapes of Jesus. An interesting comment because for years I wondered what it would be like to be with Jesus. Then I met Shivabalayogi and realized that it was the same. It got to the point where the stories in the Gospels became alive and I understood why Jesus blew people away. Later still, Shri Swamiji privately confirmed that he was Jesus. I look at it this way. Yogis are God realized. There is only one God.

Imagine that there were video tapes available of Jesus, That is what I feel about these videos of another great yogi. How amazing is that?
