When you're having a bad day, it's okay to admit it. The best thing you can do if you can't get out of a funk is listen to some upbeat music. It's the fastest way to lift your spirits, and if you use http://www.pandora.com, it's free!! Check out good music by searching "April Capil" on iTunes, clicking on my WalkBreak Album, and then looking at the iMixes to the left - some great playlists to make you smile. :)

  • You are fantastic, you really are! I haven't been through what you have but I can appreciate how inspiring and wonderful your videos are. One of my best friends is 22 and she has had 3 bouts of cancer now. Her confidence has reached rock bottom at times and she has felt so unnatractive, but she is so beautiful! Your videos have brought me to tears because I admire your strength and courage and because I wish more people in the world were like you! Sorry to be cheesy, but it's true. Laura

  • It's not cheasy as all. My mom used to ask us to play the keyboard and sing her favorite songs on her bad days. Those were very special moments. I've always used music therapy. Blessings to you! Karla
