First these two police officers deserve so much respect.
The mother of two young boys are issued a citation for holding a sign outside of the designated demonstration area in the Capitol in Madison.

The cops could not have done a better job. They didn't do anything wrong. The cop didn't put anybody in a headlock, he didn't swear or raise his voice, he talked to them about it, gave them some options and time to think it over. Any cop would've been in his right to say,"you need to go downstairs. No? Ok.", take the sign, write them up and go about his business.
