That instrument is Daff, You can search for it online. I think you think by saying Iranian Instrument I meant Persian, but I didn't, Iranian is not only Fars (Pars), Iranian means Arian, Kurds are one of the Arian nations in middle east. I don't know which part of Kurdistan you're from or which Kurdish dialect you speak with, If I am wrong about the instrument's name, that might be in your dialect that called Arbane.
