5/3/1 week.
Tested out squatting to a box and TGU's. I had some extra time this week to lift, and decided to return temporarily to my usual 4-a-week routine, but the accessory work was certainly not as vigorous as before going to a 2-a-week routine due to Abah's illness.
Don't be fooled: there's a 50 lb DB underneath the box so that it won't collapse straight away if I collapse.
