The guy with the glasses (at around 3:21) is Warner Oland, fresh off his defining role as Al Jolson's father in "The Jazz Singer" and on his way to becoming Charlie Chan.

This is pure magic!

was this Cohan's only flm? Any others? amazing to see him...and ironic that Jimmy Durante, the Schnoz, famous for his big nose, wasn't even Jewish!
-
His speech was a lot more compelling than those of today's candidates.

Well good example how campaign Bovine Scatology is nothing new. I'm waiting to hear someone say "CHANGE WE CAN ALL BELIEVE IN".
-
Why won't you mention his name? Copyright nonsense? How long has he been gone?
-
Cohan did 5 movies as an actor. Only two in sound, this one and one in 34'. I do believe it was called 'The Gambler'. So yes, this is very rare.

I'm just curious, if this is so rare, how did you get it? is it just a clip you have or the whole movie, I'm not being rude, I'm just fascinated by what people manage to post on you tube, thanks for this, it's beautiful
Jimmy Durante is truly an American treasure, a great man. He was truly a natural. His acting ability is something that truly cannot be learned. Either one has it, or one does not. I love his expression when he's holding those tickets. He used to say on television "Ah, cha, cha, cha, cha." The world lost a great one in 1980.
