if there's a product out there that tells you that you can lose weight fast is a scam, think about it...it took you a whole life time to get to the weight your at now, so its gonna take some time, dedication and commitment to lose weight. thats how i lost 28lbs in 3 months.

1g protein / pound of body weight. Rest you fill up with complex carbs (whole grain noodles, brown rice, potatoes, vegetables etc.) and a little bit fat. Then go calculate what your body burns every day with a calculator on net, there are tons everywhere for it. Then substract 500 kcal. and voila ... do some sports to it and you will loose fat easily with almost no hunger.
Pls dont listen to any secrets which ppls want you to sell, there is no hidden secret.

i store fat because i sit at my computer at work ALL DAY from 8:30 - 4:30 pm!! that is WHY!! but i TRY to combat it by eating healthy and working out with cardio - weights and bodyweight exercizes :-) i liked the lecture!
