I was at Portree, Isle of Skye, 3 months ago. Beautiful. I left Scotland Jan. 30, 2012. Longing to return in March, 2012. Love your pictures and Runrig.

always played this cycling home ,when i lived in aviemore from work,in the gloaming with the moon rising ,i saw the reek rise as folk had their peat fires on ,sends shivers up the spine as it was so beautiful a sight

@shonajw my great grandda was a fisherman , as chapter 8 of the book "My uncle George" shows he was a fierce defender of the Gaelic in Easter Ross. ,How I admire him, cleared from Sutherland , still full of Highland Pride, fighting to protect our Gaelic culture and language to keep it safe from harm for us.
