Pap sucks. His flow is horrible, word play non-existent, weak vocabulary, terrible production. He's been doing this for what, 8 years now? He has written a handful of hot lines, never a whole verse let alone a song.
"Hip Hop Police" should have been a flash-in-the-pan novelty track, Pap's 15 minutes are up.
