Its normal for a 1st generation phone to have so many problems, i traded my storm 1 for a palm pre, and that phone also sucks. So i'm just gonna buy tbe storm 2.

i think u brick ur blackberry so plug it into the computer with blackberry desktop u should be good

yea apparently the term is called nuked. when the os is messed up all i had to do was reinstall the os.
