I had a guy a few weeks ago who wasn't happy with our new return policy and he actually said, "I shop here a lot - I spend at least $1500 a year in this store, and if I can't return this, I'm going somewhere else!"

I worked retail in Newton Massachusetts (home of the most self centered, arrogant, pushy pieces of shit on the planet.)I saw every kind of behavior you could imagine. Indignant foreigners, scumbag pig lawyers, menopausal psyco hags & their fucked up children (all on Ritalin), nothing could please them. Half of them I couldn't even understand...screaming Russians slamming their fists on the counter, Asians reaking of fish always trying to pull some scam, shop lifting house wives.....
