@MikeAW2010 Read my post again. I said the C5 Z06 used the LS6 motor. Its all the C5 Z6 ever used. The 427 is used in the C6 Z06. Its the 7.0L motor. The ZR1 uses the smaller 380ci 6.2L motor.

@13tomabram Not trying to bash or anything but I could have sworn there was a C5 Z06 that used the LS6 motor. Also I thought the C6 that used the 427 was the ZR1 - Actually you're probably right I think the ZR1 was the LS9 (Supercharged 6.2L) which made upward 600 HP...

@tdragon04 lol where did you get some of those #'s from? The Z06's LS6 made 385hp in 2001 and was upped to 405hp in 2002.

The Z06 was NOT MADE IN 2005 moron. It wasent made until 2006. And it NEVER had an LS2 400hp motor. The Z06 had an LS7 427ci small block with 505hp. The C6 ALWAYS had this motor.

LS9? LOL Is ONLY used in the ZR1. Not in the Z06. ANd its 638hp.

Learn about Corvettes BEFORE posting dumb shit like that.
