When I was your age, we had a little device that stayed on the turntable to allow us to play our 45s without having to insert the adapter into each record.

I also remember how the recording companies fought against the new technology that was going to kill the industry... The cassette recorder.

you said one was scratchy, I think you have one or two out of those you could scratch up. It's fun, I like to do it with ones I'd never listen to. Your needle might need to be replaced if you do it too much.
