I grew up in Philadelphia and I NEVER SEEN CRAP LIKE THIS!! This what happens when the laws interfere with families disciplining there children! I was raised the OLD FASHION WAY and I turned out TERRIFIC !! First, some of the parents are on drugs, do not care about what there children do or go, or put the belt to their behinds!! Some of the parents need there behinds whipped! The black community in Philly has went to hell! The black community need to POLICE THEMSELVES!!

This Mayor, although good intentioned, is a nut. Where to start
1.) Branding anyone under "18" as "guilty" before they've done something is wrong is the issue.
2.) If I, as a parent, permit my kid to go outside the house when the sun isn't shining. I will let them
3.) I think the "leaders" you speak of are not representative of what the people want and things like this should be put to a vote
4.) YOUR values do not reflect MY Values on what is "Good" ESPECIALLY if you're relegious.
