Younger women of the family are taught how to cook a traditional Puerto Rican dish by the family elders. Maria and Alberto Rivera/natives of Orocovis, Puerto Rico, now living in Tampa.
This is the 3rd of a 4 Part series for those of you who really want to learn how to cook this dish.
