This is a short demonstration showing why being armed is important. One thing I did not discuss is the actual reaction time of the police which averages about 15 minutes. More than enough time for a violent criminal to rape and murder a person and steal away into the night.

@TheEsperanza243 You really have no reason to fear gun owners. "gun owners" in my definition are law abiding citizens who LEGALLY own firearms (like myself) The ones to fear are CRIMINALS with guns. Now when there are no more of those (to include the ones in the government) then and only then will I consider giving up my guns. But I probably still won't give them up. I like to shoot recreationaly too. (hunting, range/target shooting, trap/skeet) Basically sport shooting.

I'm actually a bit afraid of gun owners, but I'm not afraid of freedom. To be honest, I'm afraid of gun owners cuz of scary scenarios that could happen at my house. (None of which has happened.)
