Rep. Seth Berry (D-Bowdionham) arguing before the Maine Legislative Council to allow his bill that would prohibit the sale of computer programs whose purpose is to avoid sales tax. Currently the sale of such programs are legal in Maine, and cost the State unknown revenue.
