South Africa : Where Being White is a Sin...

It's amazing how we are still stuck on color and where young white South Africans have to feel guilty and be penalized for being white... doesn't it sound like racism to you? So what then exactly has changed in South Africa if one race is still being singled out and discriminated against?

i definitely agree with this guy, we were so concerned about how black people in s.a were being treated, we flipped it over to make it sound like white south african's are evil. good job on getting this video out there. :)

@Forntwa Dude, there's alot of black people who have worked their asses off and made it big, we have lots of now wealthy celebrities and very influential black people in America, some of them like Whoopi Goldberg were very poor and are now households names because they worked for it. I'm not going to deny there are people who are racist, there probably always will be, but if we don't grow intellectually as a nation beyond such stupid differences, then the curse of racism will never go away.

I am a subscriber, but your language is beginning to grate. I thought you you were trying in your own way to effect change through dialogue, but you are coming cross as simply rage with nothing to back it up. There is much more to you I think, and perhaps you should prove that by devoting a few vids to what you would like see done, otherwise your language might turn you into a caricature that you are not. Mandelas greatest Legacy is his advocacy for non violence. He is South Africas Ambassador for Peace, and the World has elected him as its own Amabasador For Peace. Mandela is holding South Africa to account in its treatment of all South Africans; by speaking for all South Africans he is holding up an uncomfortable mirror to South Africa and the ANC who the World will be judging after he is gone. If the ANC betrays Mandelas Legacy, it will crumble and the World will not be sympathetic.

White South Africans including the uploader who on the whole I applaud for his uncomfortable truths, should remember that they are excerising their right to be angry at their government; a right that was denied to generations of Black South Africans many of whom (ie Biko) were tortured & killed for daring to speak out.

Mandelas New South Africa is only 22 years old. Real change takes time. Amerrica abolished slavery in 1865, yet 102 years later Dr King a Black Man was killed for speaking out.

Sorry to say but South Africa is not the only place this is happening. Laws here in the USA coddle and protect minorities in our work force. You can have a white man that is (on average) more qualified for a position but if there aren't enough Mexicans or blacks on payroll the company must hire the minorities regardless of merit or be fined or face harsh penalties. The sad thing is, we're the ones who established these once flourishing nations now WE are the ones leading ourselves to slaughter.
