Scott Geller MD of Fort Myers Florida uses A LASAG Yag laser is in thermal mode, 1.5 Joules/pulse to treat the trabecular meshwork between the cornea and iris for glaucoma. The view is of the inside anterior eyeball.

  • I don't think so, first trabeculoplasty is used in open angle glaucoma- in angle closure you can't see the trabeculum in the first place.Another aspect is that trabeculoplasty is ineffective in pediatric patients.

  • can this procedure be used fon infants with closed angle glaucoma in a child diagnosed with sturge weber patients?
