Not a surprise anymore, but still good to hear someone from the MSM telling it like it is.

    Canadians for Ron Paul 2008

  • Don't concern yourself with 'nutbars'. If you're a family man, vote your conscience on the candidate you personally feel represents the true spirit of America. For me, since I'm neither a family man nor a 'nutbar', I'm simply voting for my own future. I'm voting for Dr. Paul. Go Dr. Paul!!

  • Thanks for calling Buchannen's oversight on McShames privileged upbringing.

It's extremely interesting how McShame getting booed and stomped and being a loser is pointed out when he went on to be the left wing media's darling selection (from the git go) that proved too much for the grand old fuckheads in the GOP to resist.

"Our lib piece of shit Maverick traitor is the MSM's hate the republicans love child! We need to pick him so they'll go easy on us!" So they BOTH did. Romney is it 2012.

  • @MrGuvnah

Or rather "they" went "forward" to post-slavery.

  • @Edgehead10075

No, you're not giving me a hard time at all. If I kill someone on my private property, I am infringing on THEIR private property (their body). That doesn't mean I can't throw them off my property.

Either we believe that people are free, and that means there is such a thing as a right to their property, or we believe that government owns us and we are not free. I don't intend to go back, I intend to go forward. We didn't go "back" to pre-slavery, we went forward to post-slavery.

  • Sure, it's private property, but the government can still regulate it. Are you trying to argue that private property means you can do whatever you want on it? I mean, you can't kill somebody on your property.

I'm giving you a hard time. I understand your position; it's the libertarian position. It doesn't make you a horrible person. However, most of society doesn't agree with that position, and I don't see us ever going back.

  • @Edgehead10075

So then they're NOT private property.

  • They are, but they can be regulated.

  • @Edgehead10075

So then businesses are not private property?

  • What you're saying is true, but that doesn't change the fact that, legally, those establishments are open to the public, hence why the doors are unlocked. Places of businesses can throw you out but not because of your race.
