Very beautiful singing of a very beautiful prayer ~ you show restraint and yet your tone comes soaring through ~ Brava!

  • So deeply moving. Thank you - you have a divine gift.

  • Thanks for the healing prayer, Rowna - wonderful. I'm sure I'll make a complete recovery!

  • Rowna - magnificent and stirring. Thank you for sharing with us. Barbara and Mort

  • If you work with Windows, there is a way to switch on Hebrew-language capability, and you may then switch between English and Hebrew with ease. I only found out about the capability because I bought a specialized Biblical Hebrew font, but having one isn't necessary - Windows has its own Modern Hebrew capability. (I also bought an English-Hebrew keyboard, which helps me immensely!) rakkav/teamim

  • The usual liturgy contains many prayers that are traditional, the Sh'ma, the Kiddusha, the Kaddish, etc. This is not one of them, but in recent years many synagogues offer a "prayer for healing" which is usually sung congregationally. I have 2 on my channel - both Mi Shebeirach's - by Friedman and one by Levine. This is a solo piece with different words, but the healing message is the same. Thanks for asking. Rowna
