I suppose you could edit portions of Bush and Cheney to make it look like they actually did something to benefit the country, but that would be way too hard...No president has been "perfect".. That will never happen.. The Bush administration has put the country down the tubes for their own personal gain.. You don`t have any brains just like your boy bush...
