  • Without watching the video myself (which I am sick of), I believe it is Billie who does tend to have a more silky rather than fluffy coat. It comes from her father. However, I have a male now that is giving their offspring the cottony coat. Louie, who was the sire of a few of my females that I kept, gave wonderful pigment, big round dark eyes and the sweetest disposition.

  • A lot of breeders and show people use Vellus or Le Pooch. I have it all! I don't know about a hairspray. I use chris christensen ice on ice as a light spray when I brush. It is purported to repell dirt.

  • I have tried but can't find your Whisper Cat powder. Where can I purchase it? Thanks

  • Would like to know what is the best shampoo for cotons. Is there a hairspray to help keep the fur looking good and stay in place for awhile?

  • Awesome that someone put this up! I'm a groomer, we have a client that has an adorable Coton but does NO CARE AT HOME so she comes in horribly matted and needs to get totally shaved down, EVERYWHERE! Please brush out at home, they deserve the proper care at home & the comfort of not living day to day with painful mats!

  • Thumbs up if u noticed the second coton on the couch ledge lol

  • Before u cut any mats with scissors on the dog PLEASE put the comb under the matt.....So that u dont cut the dog .

  • I forgot to ask, how often should I brush my puppy since he's shedding his puppy coat? Please don't say daily. ;)

  • I have a Coton puppy 6 months old and this video is very helpful. Thanks for the eye staining powder info too! Yours is adorable!

  • She's adorable! Thanks for posting!
