IRMOS Storage

This video gives an overview of the storage requirements of an ISONI node within IRMOS (www.irmosproject.eu), and how these are fulfilled by the storage-processing-node. The structure of disk drives means that there are limitations in terms of bandwidth and latency when the data is accessed.
In order to provide shared access to the storage the properties of the individual drives, and the subsystems used to access them are modelled. Finally the SLA booking and monitorring are shown.
