Sea Shepherd arrives in Hobart, Australia. Unlike the Japanese lying criminal whalers, that are not allowed to enter Australian, New Zealand, Indonesian ports because of their illegal whale poaching.
The Steve Irwin will refuel and resupply to return as quickly as possible to the killing grounds to enforce the laws and once again stop the killing of Whales in the Whale Sanctuary, as the Australian Rudderless Government does not, although it was an election promise. Looks like the honourable Peter Garret is not that honourable, just a liar that sold out to the Yakuza.

  • According to the news, Direct Air chartered the planes to the poachers.

Direct Air head office phone number is 1300 796 099 (local call cost within Australia).

C.A.S.A. Civil Aviation Safety Authority phone number is 131 757 (local call cost within Australia)

  • This is by far the most asinine, recurring issue of the month... Why are these guys not concentrating on the people that want to destroy all life on the planet? Destroying all life means destroying all whales, along with every other life form on the planet. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for reducing whaling if those species really are in danger of being wiped out, but if they aren't -- what's the big deal?

  • Sea Shepherd IS concentrating on the greatest destroyers of life on the planet: The Japanese.

Whales are sentient beings, biggest brains on the planet.

    Antarctica is protected.

The big deal is the deluded notion of superiority that humans have, while breeding out of control, in plage proportions.

If a car takes 4/5 people, and a airliner about 300, how many does a planet this big can carry sustainably?

  • By people who want to destroy the entire world; I'm not referring to so-called terrorists. By the way, the planet can easily handle four times the amount of people it currently has, with it's current technology. Five to six times more if the Anglo-Saxons would allow Africa to develop -- easily. If comments allowed me to go into details I would, but it's far too short for a lengthy explanation. Perhaps you should do some independent study with an open mind? Well, take care.

  • allow me to disagree:

    current technology = oil society.

    oil age is not sustainable.

I do not know where you get your info.

    For study, try Dr. Lovelock?

  • I was down Tassie to see off the Sea Shepherd a few days ago . well done crew nice to meet you all keep up the good work in Steve Irwin name .
