@MissKuriosity i felt the burn everytime i used the machine or did the exercise videos. i lowered my juice intake to 2 ounces and cut out sodas completely. my weight gain was dehydration so only water was /is helping. con: my hands hurt initially, but the pros: were rapid weightloss (for me 15lbs in the first 13 days)and i could actually feel the progress as i moved along. i was told about water weight being the first to go so i added a capful of lemon juice to my first 8 oz of water. it works

lady: you will lose that from a proper diet and NOT from some machine!

@jotenko the machine helped. no one wants to drop weight and be flabby which is exactly the entire point of exercise. BUT thank you for your input.....

hey grl hows it going? like your post I really thinking about getting the abcoaster trying to get rid of the motherhood tummy hehe so hows it gign for you...please if you can update...thank you...

@ladeeblu3 it went well my loss was not just from the abcoaster, but also from all the yoga(stretching the muscles in different ways helps) and walking and for the mommy tummy i suggest moisturizing the are frequently to maintain the skin's elasticity ...i also did crunches in several positions, and drank ALOT of water....
